If you would like us to send your purchase via Royal Mail, then please ask us for a price to do so. Often there is either very little difference in price, and sometimes Royal Mail is more expensive and doesn't offer you half the service that our couriers do. Royal mail can often delay deliveries for long periods of time and do not consider deliveries as lost until missing for 28 days! Our couriers do not!

We DO NOT aim to make any profit margin on shipping costs. However, we do tend to use a courier service rather than Royal Mail due to having parcels going missing and late deliveries by Royal Mail in the past.

We use DPD as our preferred carrier. With their service we can provide you with a 1 hour delivery slot and full control over tracking and re-delivery / re-scheduling your delivery if not convenient at no extra cost. This is done via their email notification system.
