If the item carries free shipping we will deduct what our base shipping cost is from your total so that you still benefit from what mainland UK customers benefit from. This amount by courier is on average £7.00.

If there is a standard postage cost applied to the item, we will only charge the difference.

If we send your parcel out by UPS courier you will receive this next working day, please ensure that someone is there to sign for your delivery. If you are not in on the first delivery attempt, they will attempt delivery twice before your item is returned to us. They will leave a card. You will be responsible for all return delivery costs.

We use UPS Couriers to ship our products. This means we can often offer you a next day service. An email will be sent to your paypal email address with tracking details of your parcel. All our packages are automatically insured.We do not intend to make any profit on packaging costs. We automatically offer shipping discounts on all multiple purchases. You can order up to 20kg in weight of product for delivery within mainland UK for the same base shipping price!

If you would like us to send your purchase via Royal Mail, then please ask us for a price to do so. Often there is either very little difference in price, and sometimes Royal Mail is more expensive and doesn't offer you half the service that our couriers do. Royal mail can often delay deliveries for long periods of time and do not consider deliveries as lost until missing for 28 days! Our couriers do not!

We ship daily to locations all over the world and offer competitive shipping rates at cost. Our shipping rates include insurance and packaging costs. We DO NOT aim to make any profit margin on shipping costs. However, we do tend to use a courier service rather than Royal Mail due to having parcels going missing and late deliveries by Royal Mail in the past.
